Mark your calendars for “The Biopic, Spectacle, and Counter History”, a talk by Prof. Marcia Landy. She discusses issues of autobiography and biography as fabulation in contemporary Italian cinema to reconsider the employment of invention and documentation in the formal and conceptual treatment of history.
This will take place Friday, March 29 at 4:00pm in MEZ 1.306 at the University of Texas at Austin. The event is free and open to the public.
